We want you to be satisfied with your Payment to Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA). If you have any concerns about your Payment, please review the following return policy:

Due to the nature of Payments made to IDMA, refunds are generally not available. Once a Payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or fraudulent activity, refunds may be considered at the discretion of IDMA, subject to investigation.

At IDMA, we take pride in the quality of our services & publications and strive to ensure that every requirement meets our high standards. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on any purchases / payments.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at a with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at admin@idmaindia.com within 7 days of making the Payment. Provide detailed information about your Payment, including the amount, date of Payment, and the reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond in a timely manner.

As Payments made to IDMA are non-tangible, intangible items, exchanges are not applicable.

If you have set up a recurring Payment through IDMA and wish to cancel it, you can do so by accessing your account settings on our website or by contacting us at admin@idmaindia.com Please note that recurring Payments may continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for Payments already processed.
